Some new screenshots, with better light... still to be optimized.
The game and shaders don't work on my own PC - which is a bit frustrating. But its getting there soon hopefully. And then we probably have to really test the gameplay - its still prototype in a way. And we've got sounds now, so thats gonna help :).

Looks great! Biggest improvement would be to find better and more hit/crash sounds, and also connect all physics hits to the sound (like houses falling etc).

Keep it up!

Looks great! Thanks for putting that together.

The collection of the power ups remind me of Onimusha :) Does that make the ball bigger/stronger as you collect more? The scaling up reminds me a bit of Katamari... will you be knocking down bigger and bigger items over time?

I don't know what it would mean for your art, but as I watched, I kept wishing I had a little vertical camera control... even if it were only 15-20 degrees, it would feel more roomy (if that makes sense.) Also, seems like you have some room for adding more dynamics to the environment... perhaps powerups hidden in some items, or pieces that move around the map a little or something like that.

Looking forward to the next installment. Good luck at Indigo!

Hi Folks,

We might not have posted here for a while, but we certainly haven't been idle.

We'll be showing off the game again at the Game in the City event (Amersfoort, NL) November 22 and 23.

There is a new trailer on Vimeo: http://player.vimeo.com/video/51751128, plus also some new screenshots on the blog http://www.caromble.com/screenshots/.

Let us know what you think!!
